Finding the ultimate beginner guitar lessons is almost as difficult as finding a needle in a huge haystack. However, when you finally do find it (I’ll give a link at the end of this article to what I use) you’ll instantly begin shredding the fretboard of whatever type of guitar you may have. Not to mention you’ll thoroughly impress your friends, family, and even other guitarists! Can you imagine what that would be like?

When you begin playing your electric or acoustic guitar and start mastering the basic techniques you’ll need to know, your confidence will go through the roof. If you’re uncomfortable playing around others you won’t be in a short time. I certainly was afraid at first! But I want you to remember one thing above everything else, guitar is all about having fun!

But, the unsettling and honest truth is that most people will never aspire to this level. The stuff most people don’t tell you about is the blood, sweat, and tears that can go into the practice and performing. Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton, legends of the guitar, were incredibly diligent when it came to practice and working on the fundamentals.

When you see the television shows that talk about the lives of the great guitarists, they won’t tell you about the times when they were bad at playing guitar or when they were broke. The good news is, once you find a reputable source to help you in your guitar journey, your success and skill level will dramatically improve. Even if you work hard, but you try to do it alone you’re still better off finding a great teacher of DVD set.

Remember this: those that work the hardest on the most important things will be the most successful. Those that are lazy or that don’t know the most important things to do will fail or underachieve.
