How To Deal With A Broken TV During Christmas
It is an irritable experience, if the TV breaks down at festival times like Christmas and you will have to miss viewing on all the good programs. The problem can be tackled in a number of ways; some of them are given below:
1. Use the manufacturer’s manual for the set to see if you can handle such simple problem a tuning, clarity etc. if the disorder is within your capability to solve, you save on repair charges.
2. When you find that you cannot by yourself solve the problem, the huge cost of getting a TV mechanic will prompt you to think of other alternatives. They will be comparatively less expensive.
3. Just to get over the Christmas period, you may think of some ad hoc solutions. It may be getting back your old Television set into service or if it is not available, bringing out the set kept in your bedroom for all to watch.

5. If the set you have is on rent, the repairs will be done free as per the contract covering manufacturing defects and breakdown. That saves you good money, being spent on getting it repaired.
6. Considering how long your TV has been in use, you may like to go for a brand new TV to replace it. But, the best time for it will be after Christmas in January.
7. A very good option is to rent a TV. You will get to view the best TV available in the market for watching, which you may not be affordable to buy because of the price. Your repairs will be done free.
8. If you agree that #7 is the best suggestion, better start for locating a retailer shop for that, right now.
